Once a session package has been reserved, preparation time is spent by your coach to personalize your coaching sessions, whether they are group or one on one. When a spot is locked in, other clients cannot take your spot and scheduling is made around your session blocks. We are flexible in attempting to accomodate every one and make scheduling changes whenever possible, but we expect clients to respect our time and other clients. Please be available for your sessions at the agreed upon time. If for some reason or emergency, you have to miss a group session, you are welcome to watch a webinar recording or listen to audio at your convenience. We reserve the right to reschedule one on one sessions to the best of our availability.

There is a 50% refund for confirmed paid in full session packages. Deposits are non-refundable. Session packages that have not been started, require a refund request in writing at least 48 hours in advance to receive 50% of fees already submitted.
